This project involves the construction of 29 units made up with 15Nr 3 bedroom houses and two of 4-storey apartment blocks with 14 self contained units.
Site is a former factory which has now been demolished.
The houses will be constructed of timber frame structure off pad and strip foundations and the apartments constructed on piled foundations.
Works to include access road, car parking and drainage.
Homes are to be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 and the scheme has been registered under the Considerate Constructor Scheme.
