Residential development consisting of 7Nr three bedroom five person houses and a 3 storey apartment block with 11Nr self-contained units.

This project involves the demolition and site clearance for construction of 7Nr three bedroom houses and 11Nr apartments, and associated site work including access road and car parking together with associated landscaping.

Construction will be traditional pitched roof supported on steel purlins with load bearing masonry on reinforced concrete ground beams bearing on piled foundations.  The floors in the apartment blocks will be precast concrete units with the upper floor in the houses being timber construction.

Site works will include the laying of asphalt driveways and parking areas with elements of brick paviours, dwarf walls and grass areas.  New storm drains and foul sewers will be laid.  The existing footpath will be removed and replaced with brick paviour surfacing.

Units are to be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and the scheme has been registered under the Considerate Constructor Scheme.
