This project involved the construction of a 5 storey apartment block containing 40 two bedroom self contained units on a part occupied site within Belfast City Centre.
Works include flat roof with parapet and fixed stair access to roof, along with associated site works including road access and car parking.
Apartments are to be built to Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4 which ensures a high level of energy efficiency (http://www.planningportal.gov.uk/uploads/code_for_sust_homes.pdf), and the scheme has been registered under the Considerate Constructor Scheme
