Construction of new extension stunner building – which includes

·        The relocation of existing services between bund and external stairs to gas tanks

·        Bulk excavation and pouring concrete retaining walls

·        New bases/plinths for C02 tanks and new C02 tank

·        New road to black gut area

·        Lay new services/drainage to all of new buildings

·        Construct new stunner pit 10m deep

·        Remove roof cladding and existing stunner

·        Clad roof of existing and new extension building

·        Alteration of internal low level walls in existing lairage building
