Project Description

The refurbishment of the stores and generator buildings will involve the demolition of some structural walls and the provision of new partition walls with new finishes and upgrading of services and insulation levels.

On the generator building the work will involve the removal of asbestos cladding.

Both buildings will be vacant during the works however the NIW Westland complex will be fully operational during the contract, therefore Geda shall ensure there is no disruption of operations or services to the site and all access routes will be maintained.
