| Project Description | The refurbishment and adaption of an existing building which will involve the demolition of some structural walls and the provision of new partition walls and suspended ceilings with new finishes and upgrading of services and insulation levels. Part of the existing garages building and external areas will be in use by NI Water staff during the works. The office building will be fully operational during the door replacement works. |
