The project is for the provision of a new onshore marina facility.  Detailed work comprises:

·       Demolition of existing building and various structures.

·       Rock removal to rear of site.

·       Reduced ground level excavation, including rock removal.

·       Construction of perimeter retaining wall to boundary (3 sides)

·       Construction of new building including blockwork walls, lift shaft, concrete floor slabs, curtain walling and timber beam/standing roof system.

·       External site works including access steps and path at rear of building.
