| Brief Description: | This project comprised an extension to the existing Volkswagen premises to house the new Toyota dealership. The construction included a structural steel frame, cladding, polyester powder coated aluminium curtain walling, mechanical & electrical services and high quality floor, wall and ceiling finishes. The project also included 3,000m2 car park adjacent to the existing busy parking area. |
| The project was successfully delivered due to good team working, particularly with Toyota’s architect and nominated sub-contractors, to ensure a high quality of finish was produced to a tight programme in an operational environment. High specification standards were demanded by Toyota GB and Geda and their associates successfully rose to the challenge |
