| Brief Description: | This project involved the demolition of an existing derelict building and the construction of a new 3 storey building on the in-fill site. Temporary works to waterproof and stabilise the adjoining properties were required during the demolition and initial construction stages. The new building was constructed on a piled floor and provided ground floor retail with residential units on the 1st and 2nd floor. |
