| Brief Description: | Construction of a mixed use development which included ground floor retail and upper floor apartments. The development was constructed on an in-fill site using traditional construction methods in the heart of Monaghan Town. The upper floor apartments were constructed across 2no. four-storey blocks and provided a total of 14no. 1 and 2 bed units. |
| A detailed Health and Safety plan had to be devised to protect and maintain pedestrian access along the street frontage and to ensure minimal disruption to the public car park. |
