| Brief Description: | The project comprised the complete re-cladding and internal refurbishment of the existing services depot to provide new high quality internal accommodation together with extensive siteworks. Works also included new internal offices and welfare facilities, including canteen, toilets and shower rooms, within the existing warehouse shell. Significant alterations and refurbishment of the existing warehouse were also undertaken to provide workshops, storage areas and vehicle garaging. |
| The existing roof covering and north lights were replaced along with all external cladding. All existing mechanical and electrical installations, both internally and externally, were removed and renewed. New roads, car parking and hard standing areas, incorporating a wind turbine, external vehicular wash area and petrol point were also provided. |
