| Steel frame incorporating curved roof members | |
| High quality stone cladding and ppc aluminium shop fronts | |
| Curved standing seam roof and feature bullnose detail | |
| Diversion of existing high voltage underground cables and large diameter main culvert requiring close liaison with Statutory undertakers. | |
| Re-alignment of main road to front of building | |
| Site shared with existing busy builder’s merchants (owned by Employer) which remained fully operational throughout. | |
| Careful Health & Safety Planning required given proximity to main road, Town Centre location and busy adjacent builder’s merchants yard |
