| Brief Description: | These works had to be undertaken while the existing mill and office accommodation remained fully operational. A carefully devised Health & Safety Plan, along with good site management and liaison with office staff, ensured that safe access was provided into and around the existing buildings at all times. |
| This project involved the refurbishment of an existing office building and construction of a new 10,000 ft2 office building at Corby Rock Mill. The project also involved the construction of an enclosed high level link bridge along with associated site works and drainage. | |
| During internal refurbishment works the internal office remained in full use with works to replace existing floors phased to cause minimal disruption. The mechanical and electrical installation in the new buildings were designed and installed to provide an integrated system which was linked between the new and existing office spaces. |
