Brief Description:Construction of a new MBR treatment works on the site of the existing works which had to be kept operational at all times. 
 Key elements being;
 New MBR tanks
 New storm tanks
 New Inlet works
 New control building
 New 400dia outfall (installed under a main railway line utilising pipe-jacking techniques)
 Associated pipelines and site works.
