| Project Description | The works comprise the provision of a new hydro turbine installation and associated electrical and civil engineering works. The turbine will be connected and supply electricity directly to Omagh Leisure Centre, which is in close proximity to the location of the turbine. Due to environmental restrictions the works will be carried out in two phases. Phase 1 Culvert, powerhouse, ducting and chambers to the leisure centre. Phase 2 Screw trough, outfall and fish pass, intake chamber, switchgear and commissioning. |
