Project Description

Sewage works extension include all building works, civil engineering works and mechanical and electrical works as required to provide for the expansion of the plant to a total capacity of 10,500 population equivalent.  The expansion of the plant is to be facilitated by the construction of:

-         new inlet works and associated plant and equipment;

-         forward feed pumping station and associated plant and equipment;

-         2No circular precast concrete sequencing batch reactor tanks and associated plant and equipment;

-         sludge dewatering plant and associated plant and equipment;

-         ferric dosing plant and associated plant and equipment;

-         flow measurement and sampling equipment;

-         odour treatment equipment;

-         outfall pipeline; site pipework; ducting, etc; roadway and paved areas construction; fencing; site lighting; services, etc.
