Geda have been trailblazers within the areas of eco-building and Sustainability for many years.
Our embedded belief in sustainable construction is epitomised in the purpose-built company headquarters at Moor Road, Coalisland. This innovative building boasts the very latest in environmental technologies, resulting in a considerable reduction in carbon emissions.
We are also among the first to explore sustainable building in large scale property development with our award winning eco village, Coill Darach, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.
Our attitude to waste management, use of renewable energy and environmental knowledge is a matter of public record. Most recently, we attended the Business in The Community National Example of Excellence Awards at the Royal Albert Hall in London and came a close second in the Eco efficiency category, beating huge multinational competition from Ford Motor Company, Toyota and Boots Plc.
